Festivals and other information
The main festival takes place during the first Saturday of July and it is dedicated to the Inmaculada Concepción (Blessed Virgin).

And during the second Sunday of September, to the Santo Cristo (Saint Christ).

There is still one brotherhood, the one dedicated to San Sebastián, on behalf of whom the fields are blessed the 3rd May before a dinner of the brothers.

They used to pingar el mayo (rise the highest pine in the main square) during the festivals of the Santo Cristo and they used to pull it down before the Madonna of the Rosary.

The tradition of the 29th September, day of San Miguel, has been lost: in this time of the year, the council used to call the neighbours and there used to be a public auction for the clearing of the streets, the stud pig, the bread oven and the care of the goats. After that, they used to drink the wine offered by the town council. They also used to pay the rent and the advance to the neighbour and service boy.
